Simon and Liz Willett specialise in providing a small and tasty selection of excellent quality english cheeses from Cheddar and Stilton to Ticklemore goat's cheese. The majority of our selection comes from small producers with their own version of traditional cheeses. They are prepared with milk from cow, goat or sheep. The selection is varied enough to remind the British of home and to seduce any French palate. British cheese is as exciting as french cheese offering a variety of delicious tastes and can add flavour and interesting qualities to any table and french cuisine.
